Banana Sandwich Bites!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (not too ripe)

  • 100% Peanut butter smooth

  • Pureed raspberries/ strawberries

Method

1. Slice banana into pieces (rounds)

2. Spread half of the sides with peanut butter, then top with some pureed berry

3. Place another piece of banana on top (to make a banana sandwich)

4. Either serve at room temperate or freeze for a few hours for a chilled experience!

Note: you can also roll these in coconut, hemp seeds or chia for a different

texture!
