Chia Pudding

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons black chia seeds

1/2 cup milk (cow/oat/almond/soy/ coconut milk)

1 Tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (essence)

1 teaspoon cocoa (optional)

Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients together - very well, so everything well mixed
2. Cover and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours (if not overnight)
3. When ready to eat, add fresh berries or banana. (Can add a little extra milk if needed to ensure desired consistency)
