Chocolate Oats in a mug

Ingredients

½ cup raw oats

  • ¾ cup calcium fortified plant milk (or cows)

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter

  • ½ teaspoon cocoa

  • Optional extra – ½ teaspoon chia

Method

  1. Mix together in a mug

  2. Microwave for 75 seconds

  3. Then stir well and allow to cool a little before serving
