Cinnamon Banana Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (cut into 1 cm pieces)

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Method:

1. Combine the cinnamon, coconut oil and honey in a frying pan over medium-high heat

until melted and combined.

2. Add the banana slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms start to caramelize

and turn golden brown. Adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed so that

they don’t burn.

3. Carefully with tongs, flip all the banana pieces and cook for another 2-3 minutes until
