Immune Boosting Lemon Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Raw Cashews
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1/4 cup Raw Oats
Juice of 1 Lemon
Rind / Zest (grated) of 1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 small pinch salt
2 Tbspn Maple Syrup
1 tsp Raw Honey
Extra desiccated coconut for rolling the balls in
METHOD
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until they form a soft “dough like” consistency
Roll into little balls and coat in coconut
Enjoy!!
