Pizza Scrolls

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

Pizza sauce 2-3 Tablespoons

Grated cheese 1-2 cups

Diced herbs (preferably fresh) such as parsley/basil/oregano (if dried use 1 Tablespoon)

Optional extra - frozen spinach - 2 cubes/ Tablespoons

1 egg, beaten

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius

2. Lay puff pastry slice out on lined tray (baking paper)
3. Cover puff pastry with pizza sauce - leave 2cm free of sauce at one end (which will be the end that you that you finish rolling)
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs/spinach
5. Roll up and then brush all over with egg
6. Cut into 2 cm rolls.
7. Place on lined (baking paper) tray - place them on their sides
8. Top with grated cheese
9. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden
