Berry-nana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1 banana (preferably ripe)

1 cup milk (regular or plant based)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Optional extras:

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/3 cup quick oats

METHOD:

1. Blend all ingredients together well until smooth

2. Enjoy!
