Ingredients:

1 cup milk (cows/alternative)

1/2 cup baby spinach

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1 teaspoon flaxseed

2 teaspoons oats

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth chilled consistency.
