Karina consults mainly online - works so well for busy mums. She doesn’t need to see your child if they are less than 10 years, just needs a food diary and weight/height measures.
She offers non-judgemental nutrition counselling and advice, enabling you to complete the consultation feeling reassured, confident and much less stressed!
