Berry Bliss Brekky Bowl
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
100ml milk (plant or cows)
1/3 -1/2 cup granola or muesli
Yoghurt (coconut or Greek or vanilla)
Extra fresh berries or banana if wanted
Method:
Blend fruit and milk well until a smooth “slushy” consistency
Pour into the base of a breakfast bowl
Top with granola
Finish with a few tablespoon dollops of yoghurt +/- extra fresh berries/banana
Note:
Can sprinkle extra crushed nuts/seeds for extra healthy fats!
