Berry Bliss Brekky Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries

  • 100ml milk (plant or cows)

  • 1/3 -1/2 cup granola or muesli

  • Yoghurt (coconut or Greek or vanilla)

  • Extra fresh berries or banana if wanted

Method:

  1. Blend fruit and milk well until a smooth “slushy” consistency

  2. Pour into the base of a breakfast bowl

  3. Top with granola

  4. Finish with a few tablespoon dollops of yoghurt +/- extra fresh berries/banana

Note:

Can sprinkle extra crushed nuts/seeds for extra healthy fats!
