Breakkie Granola for mum
Ingredients
½ cup granola or muesli
(depending on how hungry you are!)
1 Tablespoon chia
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseeds
12 almonds
Handful blueberries
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
½ cup mango coconut yoghurt
Method
1. Mix all together.
2. Sit down for 5 mins.
3. Take 3 big deep breaths!
4. Enjoy!!
