Cream Cashew Pasta
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
3/4 cup plant milk (I used soy)
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Blend well in blender
Add to cooked pasta and mix well (add olive oil to the past before mixing in)
Can be stored in glass jar in fridge for up to a week
