Easy Healthy Mini Pavlovas
Ingredients
1 packet mini meringue nests
Tub of vanilla yoghurt of choice – regular or coconut yoghurt
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet blueberries and raspberries (or fruit of choice)
Passion fruit syrup (or fresh)
Method
1. Place meringue nests on your serving plate
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of yoghurt to each nest
3. Top with fruit of choice
