Healthy Mum Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Handful of baby spinach
½ -3/4 cup soy milk – preferably calcium fortified
Optional extras
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon hemp protein powder
¼ cup oats
Method:
Blend all ingredients together well until it has reached an icy smooth consistency.
Note: Don’t over blend as mixture will heat up…as it’s delicious chilled!
