Higher Protein Smoothie

High protein and nutrient-rich (iron, calcium, zinc, magnesium and fibre)

Ingredients

  • 100g silken tofu

  • 1 cup milk (any type)

  • 1 heaped Tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 2 Teaspoon cocoa

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Blend well until smooth
