Nut Free Chocolate Bliss Balls
These little gems are full of fibre, antioxidants and loaded with other nutrients great for little bodies! They are also nut free – safe to take anywhere!
Ingredients:
8 Weetbix biscuits
1 cup dates (soaked in hot water)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Chia seeds
Desiccated coconut to coat balls
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients (except for coconut) into food processor.
2. Note: do not add water dates were soaked in, however keep as you may need to add a few spoonfuls to soften the mixture
3. Blend on high until a soft sticky consistency has formed
4. Roll into small balls, then roll in coconut
