Wholemeal wraps
Ingredients
2 cups Wholemeal plain flour
1/2 teaspoon iodised salt
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, then stir in the water and oil
Mix together until a dough ball forms (add a little extra water if needed)
Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface, then need the dough for 1-2 minutes
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Divide the dough ball into 8 small balls
Rub flour onto a rolling pin, then roll each ball into a very thin circle (as thin as you can make it without breaking it!)
Heat pan over medium heat and add 1-2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil. Brush
around pan to cover it evenly
Place uncooked wrap into pan and let it cook until bubbles form (approx. 1 minute)
Flip over and cook for another minute (press down with a spatula if needed)
Remove from pan and place on plate (covered to keep it warm)
Repeat with the remaining dough portions
Serve with dip or curry!
