Nutrient packed chocolate bliss balls - great for kids!!

Containing nuts and nutrient rich ingredients, these are a fantastic kids snack - and I’m pretty sure they will love them too!!

Recipe:

  • 1.5 cups dates (soaked for 10 mins in boiling water and then water discarded)

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 2/3 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Method:

Blend them all together in the food processor

Roll in desiccated coconut......Delicious!!
