Fruit-Choc Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Sliced wholemeal bread

  • Butter/Nutellex

  • Chocolate Spread (I used Pana Hazlenut spread but you could use Nutella)

  • Strawberries, bananas, or fruit of your choice

  • Cinnamon

Method:

1. Butter both sides of the bread and add it to a pan over medium heat.

2. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and toast each side until golden brown (approx. 60

seconds per side).

3. Remove the bread from the pan, spread one side with chocolate spread and fold it in

half (It’s easier to do this whilst the bread is still warm as when it cools it is harder to bend).

4. Add sliced bananas and strawberries, then serve!
