Green Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup coconut water

½ ripe banana (preferably frozen)

½ cup pineapple (can swap for mango)

10 baby spinach leaves

Method

1. Blend well until smooth consistency, but do not over blend as smoothie will froth too much.

2. If not using any frozen ingredients consider adding a few ice cubes to cool the smoothie.

3. Enjoy!
