Peaches and cream overnight oats

(Makes 2 serves)

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk (any type)
1⁄2 cup Greek or coconut yoghurt 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Tinned peaches
(in natural juice) strained

Method

1. Combine all ingredient aside from peaches. Mix well
2. Keep in fridge overnight
3. Once removed from fridge, add a little more milk if needed to soften to liking.

4. Serve with tinned peaches on top (or diced and mixed through)
