Dry Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

5 weetbix

3/4 cup coconut ( desiccated or shredded)

1/2 cup mixed seeds (sunflower and pepitas - pumpkin seeds)

Optional extra -  2 teaspoons chia

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey

100g butter

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius

  2. Blend all dry ingredients together well, until finely blended

  3. Place wet ingredients in pan - melt butter and honey over low heat until mixed well.

  4. Add dry ingredients into the pan and stir well

  5. Tip mixture into a lined (with baking paper) square tray and press down gently with back of spoon

  6. Bake for 12-15 mins until golden

Option: can melt 1/2 cup chocolate buds and spread over the top of the slice once cooled.
