Baked Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
150g salmon fillet (per person)
Ketchap manis soy sauce (sweet)
Ground paprika
Baby spinach- large handful
Coriander – few sprigs
Method
1. Preheat over to 200 degrees celcius.
2. Place salmon fillet in piece of alfoil (big enough to wrap fillet up in).
3. Sprinkle paprika over the fillet and rub into the flesh, so covered (to your liking).
4. Drizzle good amount of ketchap manis over the top.
5. Place handful of baby spinach and coriander around the side of the salmon and then wrap up well.
6. Place in oven for approx. 15 mins until cooked to your liking.
7. Serve with either rice or mashed potato/ roast potatoes.
Notes:
Could also use Bok choy or asparagus instead of baby spinach
